Parcels being offered for tax lien will be published in the Bullhead City Bee
Newspaper, 928-763-9339, on January 22, 2010. "Tax Sale Parcel Listing
will be available in Excel Format through our office for a fee of $60.00.

Mohave County's 2010 Tax Sale will officially begin February 8, 2010.
Prospective Bidding will commence on February 1, 2010 at 9am., MST through
February 18, 2010. You have until February 18, 2010 to make any bid changes
and to delete any parcel bids that you're no longer interested in.

February 19, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. thru 5:00 p.m., all bids become final as
consecutive batches close. If you have not made changes before this date you
are responsible for the purchase made. Purchases not paid once the sale is
finalized can result in the treasurer banning the purchaser from participating in
any further sales in Mohave County. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please Note: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to research properties
prior to purchasing liens. There ia a $7.00 non-refundable "Winning Bidder Fee"
per parcel. It is the bidder's responsibility to know the law governing tax lien sales.
